Innovation

At CTE, engineering drives every decision, from the first design concept to the finished build. Our in-house team combines decades of experience with advanced design capabilities to develop, refine and validate transport equipment. This gives us greater control over quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

ENGINEERED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

ROVER Registered

Our approved configurations are registered on ROVER, supporting confidence in the designs and specifications behind our equipment.

ADR Compliant

Equipment is engineered in line with Australian Design Rules to meet the standards required for its intended application.

VACC Accredited

Truck body modifications are inspected and signed off by VACC inspectors, providing independent assurance of workmanship and compliance.

Full 3D Modelling

Advanced 3D modelling allows designs to be refined and validated before manufacturing begins, helping improve accuracy and reduce risk.

BUILT TO THE STANDARD. VERIFIED INDEPENDENTLY

Quality and compliance are built into CTE’s engineering process. Our designs draw on a broad portfolio of approved configurations registered on ROVER and are developed in line with Australian Design Rules.

Every truck body modification we undertake is inspected and signed off by VACC inspectors, giving customers independent assurance of the integrity and compliance of our work.

We also work with a long-standing external engineering partner to strengthen our in-house expertise and stay abreast of evolving engineering practices and regulations. This combination of internal capability, independent verification and ongoing collaboration helps us maintain the standards our customers depend on.

CO-CREATED WITH THE OPERATORS WHO USE IT

The best engineering starts with understanding the job. We work directly with operators to develop solutions around their specific requirements, refining designs collaboratively until the configuration suits the task. By bringing customer knowledge and engineering expertise together, we deliver purpose-built equipment designed for practical use.

A LOOP THAT KEEPS OUR DESIGNS EVOLVING

FROM THE PRODUCTION FLOOR

Feedback from our manufacturing team informs future designs, helping us improve build quality, refine processes and make production more efficient.

FROM THE FIELD

Insights from customers using our equipment help identify opportunities for improvement, keeping our designs responsive to real operating requirements.

FROM OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

We work closely with established suppliers, combining their product knowledge and technical expertise with ours to continually improve the equipment we build.

THE BENCHMARK OTHERS FOLLOW

With more than two decades of engineering experience, CTE continues to advance tilt slide and heavy transport equipment design.
