Custom Truck Bodies

Built around the work, not the catalogue

Tilt slides made our name, but our engineering goes much further. CTE designs and builds custom truck bodies for operators whose work doesn’t fit an off-the-shelf tray. That includes flat tops, crane trucks and fully bespoke application bodies, built for jobs no standard product can do. Everybody starts with your operation: what you carry, how you load it and where it goes. Our in-house engineering team designs around that requirement and models it in 3D. We engineer to Australian Design Rules, then build at our Drouin facility in Victoria with the same quality and finish behind every CTE product. The result is a truck body that does exactly what it needs to, reliably, for years.

Our Custom Truck Body Solutions

From versatile flat tops to integrated crane systems and fully bespoke bodies, CTE develops solutions around the practical demands of your operation.

Custom bodies are designed and engineered in-house

From initial design to finished product, CTE oversees the engineering and production processes in-house. This enables us to create unique truck bodies  according to particular specifications while maintaining control over the design, build quality, and finish.

Our engineering team uses 3D modelling to develop and refine ideas before manufacturing begins. Each design is engineered in accordance with Australian Design Rules, and final truck body modifications are reviewed and approved by VACC inspectors.

In-house 3D engineering

Designs are modelled and refined before manufacturing to validate configurations ahead of production.

Engineered to Australian Design Rules

Designs align with Australian Design Rules, with completed truck body modifications independently inspected and signed off.

Australian manufacturing

Every build is manufactured at CTE’s Drouin, Victoria facility, bringing engineering and production under one roof.
